Marco Frediani and Francesco Galuppini have both been brought in to beef up D'Aversa's options in attack. Frediani is a 23 year old attacking winger, having signed for home town club Roma in 2013, Frediani has spent the past four season out on loan and spent the 2016/17 season with Ancona in Lega Pro where he scored five goals in 20 appearances. “Yes there is a sense of relief because it was a tough season, especially playing with such pressure and expectation on you, it is not easy. Luckily the end result has been a positive one, full credit must go to my players who has given such joy and satisfaction to the people of Parma. Reinforcements? In Serie B you play 42 games so it is important to have a fairly large squad. This year I have already worked with players who are more than capable of playing in Serie B so we are already in a good position as we already have quality in our ranks” @Solo_Parma @giovannid86 Roberto D'Aversa this afternoon spoke to the press ahead of tomorrows huge Playoff Final clash with Alessandria........ Here's what the boss had to say.
"The guys have made an important journey to get us here. It is no surprise Parma have reached the Playoff Final to reach Serie B, lets not get take anything for granted tomorrow, lets get the job done. In life when you do something good and proper there should be no pressure on you but we know that won't be the case. I simply do not like the term "we must" because it puts way too much pressure on the boys. We will 100% do our best to bring Parma back up and away from Lega Pro. We have made sacrifices since the first day and we know that we can reach the goal we missed by not winning the championship, we deserve it" @giovannid86 @Solo_Parma |
